Dress in layers of comfortable clothing
This is one of my most important tips for traveling comfortably, especially on long-haul travel days getting to your destination. Temperatures can vary greatly on planes, in cars, and even at your destination, so it’s important to be able to adjust your clothing accordingly. I love to wear adidas women’s tracksuits and sneakers on travel days. They’re loose-fitting and breathable, so I can stay comfortable for hours on end. Be sure to check out all the fun adidas styles that will keep you fashionable and comfortable on your next vacation!
Stay Hydrated and Bring a Reusable Water Bottle:
The air on airplanes is very dry, so it’s important to drink plenty of water. Bring your own reusable water bottle and refill it often For those taking a road trip, always be prepared for long distances with plenty of H2O. For road trips, take frequent stops and enjoy the scenery. Steve and I, enjoy planning side trips to break up long distances
Get up and move around.
It’s important to get up and move around every few hours to avoid stiffness and blood clots. Take a walk around the plane, or do some simple stretches in your seat.
Bring your own entertainment.
Looking at a smartphone can get old fast. Be sure to bring along other entertainment options. These could include books, magazines, movies, or music. Having something to do will help the time pass more quickly on long haul getting to your destination days. This could include books, magazines, movies, or music. Try to relax.
Traveling can be stressful, but it’s important to try to relax and enjoy the journey. Take some deep breaths, listen to calming music, or read a book.

Bonus tip: Pack a few healthy snacks for your flight. This will help you avoid eating unhealthy airplane food.
