Located on the bank of the St. Johns River, this museum is a must-visit. Not only will the adults find the exhibits interesting, but the kids will enjoy the visit too.
It’s more than just a museum, my favorite reason to visit the Cummer is the art gardens, the Italian garden, and the Riverside Avenue Jacksonville location. Guests will find so many fun things to do here.

My Art Novice Impression Of Jacksonville, Florida Art Gallery:
Full disclosure that as a travel blogger – No art expert here. Therefore my review is that of the average tourist without any real artistic knowledge. I found the Cummer Museum to be smaller than other large city art galleries. However, it was worth the cost of admission and was large enough for our enjoyment. Steve and I traveled on our most recent visit with our Grandchildren and they loved the trip to the museum of art – Cummer. Included below is a YouTube video the kids made and I thought it was worth a share. They get excited over every like received.
