Wondering if purchasing a Margaritaville Bahamas day pass is worth the money? With a typical $100 per person price tag, you may be pondering that question. Today’s travel blog post is my honest review after purchasing a day pass at the Margaritaville Beach Resort in Nassau Bahamas.
How to Look Up Pricing, Check Availability Destination Guide: Margaritaville Nassau day pass
Nowadays, travelers can easily find plenty of island beach resorts willing to open their doors to those seeking an afternoon resort experience. Resort day passes give guests visiting Caribbean ports of call a glimpse of what they could expect on a future return trip visit. In many ways, a resort Nassau day pass could lead you back for a full resort stay, or turn you off to a future booking.
Travelers will have many ways of booking ahead of time. Most sites require a deposit or full payment in advance. Hotel pricing varies based on the hotel’s amenities, location, and ratings.
The best-known website for planning and exploring options is ResortPass. Generally speaking, it’s best to get out and explore the options. With several cruise ships docking on the same day, it’s very important to plan. Most of the best resorts sell out quickly and destinations limit the number of passes available each day.
My Review of the amenities, overall experience, and value of the Margaritaville Bahamas day pass.
Pros in purchasing a Resort Pass at Margaritaville Resort, Nassau Bahamas (my review)
The Margaritaville Nassau day pass location was great with only a short 15-minute walk from the Nassau Cruise Port. Anyone with mobility challenges may wish to use local taxi cabs or car-sharing services.
Check-in is extremely easy, towels are provided and personal lockers are available for a small additional fee. Plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas are available throughout the decks that surround the pool.
Cabanas can be purchased at a higher day pass rate. Margaritaville has a private beach where beach chairs are also plentiful. Margaritaville in Nassau has everything you would expect and more as a top name in beach vacations.
Resort pools, lazy rivers, water slides, and endless tropical views are a top highlight at this Nassau Bahamas hotel. Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville offers breathtaking views, soft white sands, and brilliant turquoise waters. Vacations are made easy with everything on sight, including amazing tropical drinks poured well. The Tiki Bar has not only an incredibly friendly staff but also some astonishing beach views.
Margaritaville in Nassau, Bahamas was not oversold or crowded. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The private beach is only available to day pass holders and resort guests.
Steve and I left the resort with an overall refreshed feeling and a desire to return for a full week’s vacation.
A couple of Cons to consider - Margaritaville Bahamas (my Review)
Margaritaville is not all-inclusive. In other words, plan on spending extra money on both food and drinks. The Resort Day pass is incorrectly described online. The Resort Day pass listing states that visitors will have access to the infinity pool. It’s a bit of a disappointment to learn this amenity is only available to actual hotel guests. The main swimming pool is 3 feet deep all the way around. Perfect for drinking, but not so much for those who enjoy swimming.
In Conclusion - Margaritaville Bahamas Day Pass Review
In conclusion, this travel blogger would book a resort pass with Margaritaville Bahamas again. Sure the price was a little high, but the resort amenities were top-notch.
Margaritaville in Nassau Bahamas left me with a taste of what a full vacation experience could be and has me daydreaming about a return visit. After all, I still need to experience Margaritaville Bahama’s famous infinity pool.
I wish an all-inclusive option would have been available. However, we were able to save money on transportation by being able to walk to all the fun. The pool and water park complex at Margaritaville, Nassau is immense. Unlike cruise excursions with big crowds, we were able to relax and refresh.
Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau is a recommended day pass location. With so many other Margaritaville Resorts, I suggest a search on other destinations for day pass options. Look out Margaritaville Lake Resort, Anna Maria Sound, and more Compass Hotels I’m on my way. It’s a lifestyle and this girl is all in!
