Steve and I visited over the annual Oktoberfest celebrations. I expected a sleepy little Georgia mountain town. What we got was a lively street party filled with beer, dancing, and the chicken dance. We are typically into slow travels as part of the over-50 crowd. This German town in Georgia was a nice break from our normal travel itinerary and very unexpected.
